Expansive terrace views, soft natural light, and warm materials shape a tranquil home designed for the next chapter.
What began as two separate units became a unified, contemporary residence, fully reimagined to support aging in place with grace, comfort, and architectural clarity. The design centers around the requirement for an elevator, ensuring long-term ease of access between both levels. Thoughtfully detailed millwork and curated artwork define spaces for entertaining, while custom built-ins, layered lighting, and refined finishes create a calm, cohesive flow throughout.
In addition to our wonderful clients, we want to thank BOWA for their expertise and artistry in bringing this space to life.
